Deployment options

MASK is a complete system: terminals, the web app, your data and the integration API. We deliver it in three ways, depending on where you want the system to run and where your data is kept.

MASK cloud#

We run and maintain the system. The terminals send their records over the internet, and you use the web app from anywhere. This is the quickest start: the terminal arrives configured and the system is ready on day one.

It suits most companies and institutions, especially those with several locations.

On your servers#

We install the complete MASK system on your server or virtual machine, in your data centre or with your cloud provider. The data never leaves your infrastructure, and you decide who reaches it and from where. The terminals connect directly to your server.

It suits organisations with their own IT team, or with rules about where data may be kept.

Entirely inside your internal network#

The system, the terminals and the users share one internal network, with no public address at all. MASK is then not reachable from the internet, and the integration API is open only to your internal systems.

It suits institutions with strict security requirements, production plants and closed networks.

The same in every option#

• The same MASK V2 terminals, with the same offline mode: when the network is down, no record is lost.
• The same web app, reports and exports.
• The same integration API and the same documentation.

Offer#

Installation on your infrastructure and operation inside an internal network are offered on request, sized to the number of locations, terminals and employees. The technical requirements for the server come with the offer.
